About Us

Hi! We are Mike and Billie, a husband-and-wife team of animal lovers who are passionate about providing the best care for your pets.

Growing up with animals can be seen as the fundation of why we want to start this business. Whether it was taking care of our own senior cats until they were 19 years old, or walking the not so obedient mutt in the countryside, our joy and love are always connected with our animals.

Our View

At parties or gatherings, we always go to the animals as we feel we have a better connection with them. Our philosophy of interacting and taking care of cats and dogs, is always, to let them be comfortable, relaxed, happy as they want, and respect their choices. We see them as families and friends, and try to understand their behaviours and needs from their perspectives.

Our Methods

With 2 dogs and 4 cats at home, we use positive reinforcement, redirecting, and a lot of decompressing methods during stressful situations. There is no bad dog or cat to us. We educate ourselves about animal behaviours constantly, as they deserve the best care and life, and it’s up to us to provide it to them.

We like going on walks with our dogs, chasing and playing with them in our fenced yard, doing scent games and home agility sports. We like throwing springs and playing strings with our cats and always love a good cuddle. Even if there is no toy, we can always think of creative ways to have fun with dogs and cats. If they like to chill, so do we :)

We are well aware of the daily routine and life cycle of cats and dogs. We are calm, mature, and responsible. When we walk dogs, our focus is solely on the them. We are aware of the environment, and avoid stressful and over-stimulated situations in advance, and allow them to sniff.

About our fees

They are set so that your dog/cat will 100% receive

full attention (we are not working another job while taking care of your pet)
high quality interaction (play, petting, massage, walk, comfort, respect, etc)
freeze dried meaty treats (unless it is provided)
text and photo updates (sometimes videos too – unless you do not want to be bothered while you are away)
Perfection in following the instruction you provide

Our Pet Staff

We have 4 cats and 2 dogs and it is a big crew :) They all listen to us very well. Our dogs are very playful and social. Our cats are very communicative and responsive. We have successfully trained my cats a few tricks, including the “sit” command.

Staff dogs: Bella and Rhum.

Staff cats: Beans, Sesame, Kitty, and Whisker.
